Psychotherapist/Founder

Virginia Inglese, founder of Total Health Concepts, is a psychotherapist and eating disorder specialist with more than 33 years of experience helping clients achieve emotional and physical healing. Her practice specializes in trauma recovery, eating disorder treatment, family systems therapy, and holistic health, integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with nutrition, mindfulness, and movement.

Virginia works with individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through life transitions, improving communication, and addressing underlying emotional pain. She is especially skilled in supporting families to strengthen connection, refine parenting skills, and foster healthier relationships. With teens, she focuses on navigating anxiety, depression, and social pressures, while with young adults, she helps build self-esteem, resilience, and independence rooted in inner strengths.

In addition to traditional therapy, Virginia is a certified yoga teacher and somatic-informed therapist. At Total Health Concepts, she incorporates yoga, bodywork, and somatic techniques to help clients release trauma and emotions stored in the body—an approach that reflects the practice’s commitment to mind-body integration.

Virginia has lead workshops, retreats and seminars across the world, sharing tools for emotional regulation, self-care, and holistic wellness. Through her work, she empowers clients to cultivate balance, restore health, and live with greater vitality and fulfillment.

At the moment, Virginia is accepting virtual and in-person body-work clients.
