Autumn is a dedicated mental health therapist who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She believes that every person possesses unique strengths and resilience, and she works collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life's challenges while building confidence, self-awareness, and lasting emotional well-being.

Her therapeutic approach is individualized, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches, Autumn tailors treatment to each client's unique goals, experiences, and values. She also recognizes the important role that family systems, cultural influences, and lived experiences play in emotional health and personal growth.

Autumn works with individuals navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She strives to create a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions, processing past experiences, strengthening coping skills, and developing healthier patterns. She believes therapy is a collaborative partnership and is honored to support clients as they move toward healing, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
