Rachel Jahelka is a recent graduate of Florida Atlantic University’s Master of Social Work program and is currently pursuing her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure. She has extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, and co-occurring disorders. Rachel is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. Additionally, as someone living with type 1 diabetes, Rachel brings a personal understanding of the challenges associated with chronic conditions.
