Virginia Inglese is a psychotherapist and eating disorder specialist with over 33 years of experience, dedicated to helping clients achieve emotional and physical healing. She founded Total Health Concepts to integrate trauma-informed therapy, nutrition, and movement into a holistic approach to health. Her work spans individual therapy, couples counseling, and family systems therapy, with a focus on addressing deep emotional issues and improving communication.
Virginia works extensively with families, enhancing connections, refining parenting skills, and fostering healthier relationships. She also specializes in helping teens navigate anxiety, depression, and social pressures. For young adults, her focus is on building self-confidence, self-esteem, and helping them transition into independence with a strong sense of their inner strengths.
In addition to traditional therapy, Virginia is also a certified yoga teacher and movement therapist. She incorporates yoga and bodywork techniques into her practice to help clients release trauma and emotional pain stored in the body. Her holistic approach helps clients achieve balance, improve mental and physical health, and live more fulfilled lives.
