Angelica Karns, MA, Resident in Counseling

Angelica Karns is dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life transitions, discover their identity, and build healthier relationships. She has a particular passion for empowering teens and assisting young adults as they launch into adulthood. Angelica’s approach focuses on processing life experiences, improving self-esteem, healing from eating disorders, and addressing issues related to body image, anxiety, and depression.

In both individual and group therapy, Angelica fosters an environment that encourages growth and change, helping clients build positive coping skills and enhance their quality of life. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy, where emotional and physical healing go hand-in-hand, ensuring that therapy provides a safe, supportive space for clients to heal and thrive.

Currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, Angelica is working under supervision toward earning her MA degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure. She is also in the process of obtaining her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential, working alongside a team of therapists who specialize in disordered eating.

Angelica is committed to guiding her clients through transformative experiences, equipping them with tools and strategies to overcome challenges, and supporting their journey toward personal fulfillment and emotional well-being.
