Her work centers on treating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and parent-child relational concerns, providing a safe space for growth and emotional resilience.

As a trauma-informed therapist, Shelly is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing techniques to support her clients’ personal development. She believes that the therapeutic process is a collaborative journey, where clients are encouraged to actively participate in their healing and self-discovery.
